3 stars for failing people

CSCI has formally rated Tory-run Hertfordshire County Council as a 3 star authority for Adult Care Services. Liberal Democrats on the county council are taking their concerns to the Secretary of State.
Chris White, Liberal Democrat Group Leader said: 'The council may be content with their stars but I am not sure residents affected in this years chaos will see it in the same light. We will be writing to the Secretary of State to raise our concerns over service delivery and the reality of what is actually happening on the ground.'
Nick Hollinghurst, Adult Care Services spokesperson said: 'The last 9 months have been chaos and we are still fielding complaints from residents. We will continue to support residents and monitor the reality.'
