A short film featuring Dr Richard Grayson saying why he should be Hemel's next MP has gone live on the winkball.com site. Winkball want to post a film from each candidate in every constituency in the general election and have invited all parliamentary candidates from Hemel. Richard Grayson was the first Hemel Hempstead candidate to respond and make his film which was shot in Westminster earlier today.
In the film, Dr Grayson talks about his strong local links with the town in which he was born and brought up, and also discusses why he believes that Liberal Democrat policy on the NHS would be the best for the future of hospital services in Hemel.
Richard Grayson said: "New forms of media are going to be more important in this election than any previous one. So many people are getting their information from the web that it's vital for candidates to follow people to where they are and try to communicate with them by all means possible. I think Winkball's initiative is to be welcomed and I hope all Hemel candidates will take part."
