Police Officers from the Stevenage Safer Neighbourhood Team are staging a 4-5 mile ride taking you along the cycle paths of Stevenage through Fairlands Valley Park and Monks Wood before finishing back at the Town Gardens.
Meet in the Town Gardens 10am-12pm
Arrive early to take advantage of the opportunity to register your bicycle on the national property register for free, have a free cycle maintenance check, and brush up on your proficiency skills - and of course, enjoy a healthy, fun family day out.
Cycling proficiency sessions will be held after the ride, which are optional. It is desirable that riders wear cycle helmets and high visibility clothing. This event is completely free and a great opportunity for the whole family.
